• REDUCE WEAR, NOISE, & HEAT Friction can cause a number of problems in an engine. The most noticeable include excess heat, power loss, noise, vibration and poor fuel efficiency. These issues lead to increased wear and tear, reduced performance and an uncomfortable driving experience. AR9100 forms a film on surfaces to provide anti-wear protection through the entire oil cycle. In ASTM testing, AR9100 reduced wear by 43%.
• EXTREME PRESSURE PROTECTION 

  The lubricating film AR9100 forms provides extreme pressure protection and is more resilient than soft films of zinc based anti-wear additives (ZDDP).

  In ASTM testing used to evaluate the extreme pressure properties of lubricants and coatings, AR9100 dramatically extended the load-carrying ability of a branded lubricant from 3,964 lbs to over 4,500 lbs.

• REDUCE HARMFUL SLUDGE 

  Sludge and varnish build up in the oil system and can clog passages, reduce the effectiveness of the oil and cause damage to the engine. Mechanical seals and surfaces, valces, oil filters and thrust-bearing pads are among the areas likely to be affected by deposits.

  The organic ester package in AR9100's formulation dissolves existing deposits safely to restore power, performance, fuel economy and protect the engine. AR9100 also contains antioxidants which reduce the rate of oil breakdown and help to prevent the formation of sludge.

• 6.0L & 7.3L COLD START FIX Deposits and wear in HEUI injectors (Power Stroke 6.0L & 7.3L) cause the injector to become stuck due to static friction, or 'stiction', and can prevent the injector from firing. This causes hard starting, rough idling, smoking, reduced power and response until the engine is warmed up. Add a 16oz bottle of AR9100 to every oil change to eliminate cold start issues. AR9100 will clean out HEUI injector deposits and create a friction reducing film inside the injectors to ensure all eight injectors fire every time.
• TREAT RATE 

  For engines, limited slip differentials and motorcycles, use 1.2 oz of AR9100 per quart of conventional or synthetic oil.

  For all Power Strokes, use 16 oz of AR9100 every oil change.

  For gear oil, hydraulic oil and power steering fluid, use 3.2 oz of AR9100 per quart.
